The title of this blog is so apt. What is the message behind these few words? Are we just giving to our friends, our own flock, same colour and skin, for recognition, for merit making, for religious purpose, our gurus? Are we reaching out to people whom we think is in need or to people who really need?

We cant save the world but we can surely help to brighten a day for someone out there. Lucky are the ones who always have daylight - therefore they do not know what is darkness. One is who abundantly endowed will not know what is a need. People with good health know not what is suffering in pain with anxiety. Take a peep into this world and every morning when you rise, you will give thanks to all that you have and all that do not have.

I started the morning with a lump in my throat as I read Yvonne's blog. A young courageous girl who had so many dreams and zest in her life but had to surrender it all to her brain. Tell me if it does not bring a tear to your eyes after reading her blog. But I am sure Yvonne does not want us to weep for her. Let's have her in our prayers and send her all the positive energies of love, cheer and everything bright. And surely we can also go a step further with a little contribution to all her medical bills, a fun day out, a small shopping spree, anything that the heart delights.
